Making Public Higher Education Affordable in New Jersey, a white paper on rising college tuition costs is released at a Statehouse press conference. Authored by Hall Institute Trustee Robert P. Haney Jr., the study finds that rising tuition costs and insufficient state aid are jeopardizing the benefits New Jersey enjoys from its educated, highly productive population.
